3toLife Group Training is a high energy, high intensity workout program. Some would define it as bootcamp. We don’t.
The 3toLife workouts balance elements of strength, mobility, muscular endurance, cardio-respiratory endurance, and flexibility to produce optimal results. This program provides enough creativity and variance to keep it fresh and fun (the major appeal of bootcamps), and enough long-term structure (something bootcamps lack) to allow for steady gains in strength and endurance for years to come.
BGI keeps classes sizes smaller than your average bootcamp. We do so to ensure clients are getting the attention and the coaching they deserve. It is to easy to get lost in a large group.
Coupled with solid nutritional guidance, part of most BGI training packages, this program will allow you to shed body fat rapidly.
